Cornerstone is seeking a qualified fire alarm technician / project manager for the Nashville, TN area. This is a HANDS ON WORKING IN THE FIELD position. You will manage projects work closely with property managers while also handling daily service calls.

Responsibilities Include:
- Service of fire alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Sound, phone/CATV/DATA, and security systems for Multi-family Apartments as well as Commercial / Industrial Facilities.
- Troubleshoot Systems and make repairs as necessary
- Customer Training
- Inspections with Fire Marshal’s
- Maintain safe and secure work and driving habits
- Order parts, deliver, inspect work, and meet project schedules.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Security Alarm installations and Fire is required
- Superior verbal and customer service skills
- Have a valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Clean Criminal History
- Low Voltage experience
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
Cornerstone Control Systems is currently searching for a Sales executive for our Commercial / Industrial markets division located in Norcross, GA. The primary focus will be to manage and grow the new construction business with GC’s and electrical contractors selling Fire Alarm and integration products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sales of all low voltage systems, primarily fire alarm.
- Develop sales proposals, estimates, presentations, and specifications.
- Prospect for and qualify new customers and construction opportunities.
- Take advantage of all resources including operations, engineering, existing relationships, and strategic plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities of new construction.
- Identify and target commercial facilities in Georgia.
- Achieve annual sales goals of 1m – 3m while maintaining gross margin goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, although not required.
- 5+ years successful sales experience meeting volume and margin goals.
- Extensive experience with fire commercial fire alarm code and systems preferred.
- Experienced in selling Preventive Maintenance agreements.
- NICET Level II in Fire Alarm is a plus.
- Enthusiastic self starter that is able to work with minimal supervision is a must.
- Superior communication skills and professional appearance is a must.
- Must be 21 years of age with valid Driver’s License.
